IS it possible to get a title - General Sportbike Discussion

I am in the process of buying a bike with not title. How hard would it be to get a title It will have a bill of sale and all the tags on the bike still. Not sure if I can apply for a title or not. Thanks IN advance.

getting a title is a pain in the ass when you have no paperwork and if a bike doesn't have a title there is gonna be a reason. If you can't get a title or salvage paperwork you are just asking for problems

The first bike i bought had no title and no plate. In CA its not that hard just takes a little time. I down loaded a form from DMV web site and had the california highway patrol do a VIN verfication to make sure it wasnt stollen i brought that to the DMV a waited in line for a while paid the registration fee and they gave me my plate and tags on the spot. i dont know what its like Mich. but good luck bro!

is it lost or what? because if the owner of the title for the bike is the guy your buyin it from he can go to the DMV and have a new one made
