Re: So tell me if this isn't BS...

you said you thought the cop was coo... did u already admit to the wreck??

Who did he know who to give the ticket to, or did he write to $500.00 tickets?

Fight it we will do! I'll keep yall updated on what I know. And so far, he got in contact with lawyer that his older brother hooked him up with he tells us that the maximum fine for a level 2 neg. driving ticket is $250. if thats true, it'll get dropped right then and there, becayse that cop obviously didn't know what the f*ck he was talking about.

Well yeah, in one way or another we admitted to a wreck because the police DID show up and needed some answers. But still, never saw anything and didn't know what he was doing.

Re: So tell me if this isn't BS...

They cannot write any tickets unless THEY SEE it. I had this one local sheriff that was always on my nutz and he would pull me over for doing nothing and hasseling me. I never liked him and it was a small town. I would see him out and when he had someone pulled over, I would make sure he saw me, and I would get just out of view and run through two gears as hard as I could. Nothing he could do, he didnt see it. You admtted to wrecking but you didnt say we were riding wheelies all the way down the street so he doesnt have shit on you. IF you are backing your bike out of the garage and drop it in the street, is he going to write you a ticket for that ? Some cops are cool, but this guy sounds like a complete ****tard !!! Shouldnt be much of a fight. Sometimes people wreck cars and KILL people and dont get charged. Good luck.

Re: So tell me if this isn't BS...

My buddy ran into me the other day after i came off a wheelie.. this old lady ran up and called the cops and these other guys ran over to help pick the bike up but then we booked it before the cops came. Even though my friend had to ride home with a broken foot...

So your buddy was trying to avoid your snitch of a neighbour's poor little cat that ran out in the street, and he had the nerve to call the police on you? ...for shame!

I'm not really sure what you meant by that, but if you meant that the story of the cop being killed is bs, I can assure you it's for real.

At least you'll be able to get out of the ticket when he doesn't show up to court.

Re: So tell me if this isn't BS...

I had similar shit happen this summer...Wrecked hard in the tripple digits. My buddies were close behind and loaded me and my bike in the truck and headed for the hospital fast. I'm at the hospital going in and out of consciousness and the hospital police had the nerve to write me ticket for leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving. I went to court, fought it and told the judge I wrecked in my backyard doing doughnuts. Everything was dropped but I still had to shell out over $500.
