xr80 carb help

hey guys, i have a 95 ( i think ) xr80 motor in my 87 YSR, i'm having some problems with the carb (i think its the carb)

I can get it to run for about 5 seconds, then it will cut off. Aslo sometimes it will run for a few seconds then blow the air fuel mix back out the carb and cut off.

Carb is clean, jets are clear, fuel is good, fuel is in the bowl, fuel line is good, compression is good, good spark.

I'm not running an airfitler, and someone told me that i should have an airfilter.

From what i understand (which is not alot) that i cant keep the fuel comming from the pilot jet.

I have a 19mm and a 22mm carb, and i'm seeing the exact same problems with both.
I'm not sure what carb i should use, the 19mm is a china bike part, and the 22 is a kehin or w/e, but i think it may be a little big, cuz i've read you only want to use a 22mm on xr80's that have been kitted up to 100+cc's

Here is a youtube vid, this is with the 19mm carb.

Thanks in advance
