Headshake Problem

I have an 06 crf that is still totally stock and it headshakes like crazy whenever I stand on the pegs or try a seatstander....basically anything that puts my weight over the bars normally. It won't shake on a stoppie but just riding it will. Think this could be caused by worn out fork bushings? Suspension is still totally stock and I weigh just shy of 200 lbs. Any advice or help is appreciated.

I'm thinking the stock fork bushings, my crf has 50 stunt bushings and it's fine but my girls xr has stock bushings and head shakes like a mofo
