Throttle surge and idle and cable problems..

Alright guys, I have never had an issues with the carb or throttle cables. This time its kicking my a$$. Not sure why, but my throttle is sticking. Its a billet throttle and I never had any issues before. I'm running a 20mm carb ( stock carb with TB 88cc bigbore kit ) and I'm having problems getting it to idle, and when the idle does start to come down, I have issues with it revving up and then down and then up...

Any ideas on any of the problems?

Re: Throttle surge and idle and cable problems..

Im going to have to take a stab at that question and say it is probably the air adjustment screw.. Letting too much or not enough air/gas in and not letting it idle properly... Either that or the jetting..let me know how that does!

HAha yeah I fixed it and that was the problem. It was an airleak too, but small one.
