you can do almost any thing you want on them i riged up a rear handbreak to one of mine it worked ok but i got to find a better way of doing it as for the pegs i had one on they work good but you cant scrape the 12bar with it thats why i build a subframe cage i like it alot better i will put pics up soon

They suck for stoppies, unless you take off the front wheel, drill and tap it, mount anohter rotor, and make a dual front disk set up (bunch of people i know have done this) then its easy, but with the stock set up, its nearly impossible

Most of the people i know race them, but a few stunt.
Check out Midbikenation.com This site is dedicated to midbikes, race, stunt, drag, custom builds etc.
xmrpros.com, high grade race parts
bombpartsusa x18 stunt and replacement parts

I had an x7 i put stunt pegs on, rigged a jet-ski style kill switch, rear hand brake, etc. they are really easy to wheelie (if standing on the back pegs) but in a regular sit down are pretty hard (unless you get a 140cc+ motor) The plastic and all that crap breaks easy. For race bikes, these things make cheap alternatives to the ysr/nsr's after proper upgrades.

For my stunter, it was an easy/cheap stunt bike, but if you had to bail on asphault, it usually required fixing something afterwards. The plastic gas tanks should be replaced with metal ones (i mad an alluminum one out of a reusable water bottle) and after some cutting and welding, they were okay, but in stock form, they pretty much fall apart.

I sold my 140cc racer for a ysr 50. the ysr is much slower, but the build quality is soo much better. So if you can get a honda 50, go for that as opposed to the xbikes. (for stunting anyway)

Also, with most welders, the cheap *** china recycled metal just melts when you try to weld higher quality steel to it.

They do have front and rear hydrolic disk brakes, The x15/18/19 are the best to get, the 15/19 are practically the same (the 19 has blinkers) the 18 and 7 share the same frames, and the body work is interchangeable.

For a racer, the 15/19 is the best choice, they have stronger frames, and hold up better than the 18's, stock out of the box they do about 40-45, but you can get a direct bolt in motor up to 180cc's with cams, high comp. pistons, etc. Only tricky part is finding good aftermarket suspention for these, XMRPROS.com (they have sick bikes, including a derbi powered x12, 100cc 2 stroke 18, watercooled x15) and used to import suspention, but not anymore, Vee Race slicks are avalible, as well as other scooter tires.

Need any more info on raceing check midbikenation.com fourm dedicated to mini race/street/custom/stunt/drag bikes.
