i dont think it matters if you change it all the time but i try to. I no one of my friend has had a fiddy for like 4 months and has never changed the oil are adjusted the chain once not ever now hes stupid so i wouldnt suggest that.

am not sure when its full i think its when you get it in the cross hair thing on the dip stick am not sure tho i just guess it says in the manual but ive never opened that

Exclamation Oil

If you just got a new 50 change the oil after the first few hours. you will be able to see tiny metal flakes all thru the oil the first time. If you see them on the second oil change you probably waited too long to change it the first time. Fill it to the full mark on the dipstick (make sure you bottom out the threads) and make sure you're taking out the drain plug and not the cam chain tensioner. Read the manual if you have no idea what's going on. If you find that to be too difficult I'm sure you can find someone to read it for you. Dammit man is it that hard?

what kind of oil can I use. Does it have to be Honda, or motorcycle oil. Can I use Castrol GTX, cause I have an extra quart or two chillin in the garage.

Oil

I always use Honda four-cycle synthetic. I've heard that automotive synthetics will screw up your clutches but I've used in the past with no problems.
