How do you download vid clips to site. - Stunt Bike Videos and Reviews

dont know if this is the right board to ask this but IM stumped....

I cant figure out how to download video clips on to my site can anyone give me some advice as to how you guys do it.

Some people have mentioned something called FTP but I still cant figure it out any help would be appreciated.

download CuteFTP, its a good ftp client, pretty self explanatory to upload and download shit via ftp
