someone should purchase some land as a "business" and have the lot set up for riding....just follow noise codes (6am-10pm?)

Yeah FTP, especailly when I'm out doing wheelies and not drugs. At this point I have only 1 spot that is legit but it is far from flat and 1 hour drive. This weekend I'm taking the 07 to the spot and putting in some time now that my knee seems pretty well. Get back to the progress finally. Hell I've been googling employment and places that seem more stunt friendly. Probally gonna have to buy some land with a shack and pave it.LOL...seriously.

THAT IS MY DREAM!!!! We keep losing spots down here. I would love to have a place and have one of those asswholes ride up and give us the tresspassing speach and be able to tell them that THEY are the ones tresspassing. :YEAH

I rip up and down my road because i'm the only house on it, one time I was on my dirtbike when I first started, cop saw me and knew who I was, no lid on nothing. Said he could of wrote me a ticket for over a grand, this was like 02 . I ended up just getting a 100$ fine. It sucks, it's all subjective, and depends on who the cop is.

ya we have a place out here we are trying to lease out....its old car dealership....so its got a big building with 4 service size garage bays and a damn good sized lot!...well two actually lol
but its like 4 g's a month to lease so were tryin to see what we could to move in and all pay rent and shit but who knows...its a lot of cash but hot damn is it a sexy piece of land(covered too)

I've thought about a warehouse setting so I would be able to rent out the bays to pay for the property. Could the dealership be utilized that way?

ya well the main building (offices) we were thinkin about turning into rooms....already has bathrooms just needs some stand up showers tossed in, and these are some good sized rooms...5 total if left as is
the garage is a separate building but is on the side of the lot where stunting would be going on...so some room would have to be cut down....which sucks a lot ya know
but the bays are tall enought to install lifts and everything so the garage could be rented out easily....
some of the guys were thinkin about makin it like a gym and having memberships so that you have a waiver to be signed and a membership fee (not sure if i like the fee idea but who knows)
other ideas were holding the MSF courses there and just having the spot shut down for a few hours a few days a week.....
some clothing companies were thinkin about pitchin in if we use one room to sell merchandise ya know....but who knows what all the posibilities are

this is nice but your liability insurance will be through the roof so count that into your expenses.
