Herb and I were driving to Paragon last weekend for the rock crawling championship and the coolest thing happened..........a gixxer1k pulled up in the fast lane slowed down a little and pulled up a nice balanced wheelie for about 1/2 mile or so. It was the first time in a long time I enjoyed seeing a bike wheelie!! If I had been in my motorhome with the 50 on back or one of the trucks with Xtreeme Motor Sports written on the side I would have figured he wheelied becuase of that, but we weren't; we were just in Herbs motorhome, simliar to mine but with no XMS stickers on it or 50 on back. That guy was just rockin a wheelie for the hell of it, no cameras, no one to watch him, just him and traffic. When he set it down I looked at Herb and laughed, thats where this sport got started and its ironic that, that plain jane wheelie was more exciting that sitting in a parking lot watching circle wheelies......don't forget your roots!

the same thing happened to me on the waqy home from ny a few weeks ago....i was in Va. and this guy on a 954(like chuds but nice..lol)yanked it up and carried one for prob bout 1/2 mile.after he set it down he looked over to get my reaction i guess..
